You asked, we listened. One of the biggest bits of negative feedback we’ve received over the years is that our menu is “just too much!”
So we finally did it.. we downsized our menu, not gonna lie, it was HARD! Not just because our whole thing has been about having tons of delicious pizza options,
but also because when you’ve been in business as long as we have you get some pretty loyal guests that have their faves.
So our solution was to add as many of our former menu faves to a secret menu. Basically, if we still have the ingredients for your favorite dish we’ll make it!
Our guests have been raving about the New Secret Menu, and we can’t wait for you to try it!

- The Sausage & Peppers Calzone – we hated to see this one go but the true PGG OG’s know you can order our calzones totally custom anyway!
- The Paleo Plate – Just because the Paleo diet has lost some of it’s popularity doesn’t mean it wasn’t a healthy meal option!
- The “Garcia” Honey Mustard Chicken – I mean, chicken, bacon, cheddar and mozzarella all on a honey mustard sauce… kind of says it all.
The New Secret Menu has something for everyone, making it a must-try for all pizza lovers!
- The Nashville Hot Chicken Salad – It wasn’t a hit and we don’t know why.. but those of you that love it, really love it..
and that’s what the secret menu is all about! - “The Redoute” Eggplant Pizza – Pour one out for an Original menu member… what can we say,
Eggplant isn’t for everyone but maybe if they had tried this pizza they would change their minds!
